YB Manikavasagam, MP for Kapar, had been calling for an investigation into the sand mining scandal involving the officials in Kuala Semesta Sdn Bhd, which is wholly owned by Menteri Besar Incorporated, and Pakatan Rakyat high ranking elected representatives in Selangor but it fell on deaf ears for some time. In fact, this scandal had been and continue to be an open secret amongst the PR MPs and State Assemblymen for some time, too. The sand mining activities had been taking place in the Dengkil area.

Tan Sri Khalid: Selcat is not an independent body. How can this body investigate into PR own activities. Get people outside from Selangor – real independent people with no link to PR parties like DAP, PKR and PAS.
Ya, Lim Kit Siang and gang seem to be very quiet about this.
Please check who is the “Adun Angkat” for Dengkil??????
khalid is real crap!!!!he is an embarassment to the pr govt.
malu.crap!
The PR supporters will start to spin that these 12 MPs are disloyal leaders should be sacked!! All is well. Why should A Royal Commission be formed. Lets all pretend that nothing is wrong in Selangor. This is how they will spin.
Selcat investigation was a white wash. If Khalid Ibrahim is serious he should form a real independent body to investigate into the scandal.
What Selcat was Tan Sri Khalid talking about? Selcat should sit and resolve this sand scandal many months ago and not now.
Using the Selcat to investigate this scandal will be seen as a cover up job. Tan Sri Khalid is just not fit to be be Menteri Besar.
now is the time for Lim Kit Siang to call for a Royal Commission to investigate but he will not do it because his DAP boys may be involved.
