Aiyo! Interesting events. The picture is getting clearer. wasn’t it a scam? MAS was taken for a ride by those people under the pretext of looking after the interest of MAS. Danny the Nanny and Tan Sri Mokhtar: tak malukah??
Where could the culprits run for cover? Fined by MyCC RM20 million now the chronology of events are showing that MAS has been raped!
The slumberjack was part of the scheme of things. The events speak volume. Can’t wait for part 3 to see how the share swap unfolded and how MAS was screwed. Thanks to AJ. I am certain that part 3 will reveal more shits of the culprits.
Terima kasih, YB.
MACC, apa tunggu lagi!
Cekup, cekup cekup, separuh bukti di sini.
MAS has been WAUed by the wau experts. MACC, SC and Bursa KL must move in to investigate further. There is no need to read part 3. Part 1 and 2 were sufficient for actions.
Now where is the pariah and his good friends are going to run. The facts say it all. The interest of MAS has been compromised and the authorities must act. I agree that MACC, SC and Bursa must take the necessary actions now. First and foremost SC must answer why it allow the share swap to take place. This pariah must be taught a lesson.
Surprise that the Junkyard BK Sidhu is not defending the Pariah and condemn MyCC. She is not true to form.
As a MAS shareholder I demand that the authorities to act immediately.
In the light of MyCC findings against AirAsia and MAS, MACC, SC and Bursa must step in to do a through investigations into wrongful acts of the culprits. SC should investigate into the papers that have been filed by AirAsia and MAS for the approval of the share suap. Bursa should also join to investigate on the issue of insider trading because the both counters shares were very active a month before share suap.
Get on with the job MACC, SC and Bursa KL. Where is your accountability?? How could public confidence be restored if there is no actions from the authorities against the culprit. The facts presented in Part 1 and 2 in YB’s blog were more than enough for the authorities to commence investigation.
Nazir Razak must not be spared too unless he could show that he had given all the necessary advice as in CIMb press statement.
Looking forward to read Part. Thank you YB.
Khazanah is infested with the 4th floor boys. No that Nor Yakop is there, these became more powerful. Nor Yakop is another WAU fellow. He was the man in appointing Amok to be Khazanah MD. After MyCC has fined MAS and AirAsia, Amokh should be sacked for supporting that pariah. Why is the MACC still sleeping.

Turbulence ahead for AirAsia INdia JV perhaps??
Sheesh.
Go read the reports in the Singapore papers on this.
SIA is proposing to partner with Tata to set up a “full service” airline in India.
Whereas the proposed AirAsia-Tata tie-up is for an India-based LCC.
Get the facts right, lah!
seems like the cyberdog drizzt is ruffled by this news… haven’t heard much from you TF loving dickheads in a while…
Much better for TATA to be working with a class act like SIA rather than the low class dogs of airasial…
Good comment, Drizzt!
Btw, I am a fan of R. A. Salvatore too!
Not that these anons would understand, seeing as how their literary tastes are limited to the likes of the more rabid mainstream media and blogs.
How many of them have read the reports in the Singapore papers about the proposed SIA-Tata JV and what markets it’s targetting?
Perhaps they don’t understand what “premium full-service” is all about, and that this is not the first time that SIA and Tata have worked together.
It’s all about competition and customer choice.
Why not compare SIA against MAS?
Oh, yah – it’s not apples-to-apples, is it?
shouldnt these guys be sacked? ds najib sack them or you will be a pembangkang in the next GE.

Co-exist with SIA , no way bro…
Again, go read the Singapore papers for a balanced and objective reporting on these topics.
They are not swayed by pseudo-agendas, but report the facts.
It’s the Tata Group and the Indian government that calls the shots over the proposed SIA-Tata and AirAsia – Tata JVs.
Not disgruntled nationalists and wannabe airline experts in Malaysia!
