On 9th October 2009, we were invited to attend a dinner function organised by The Malaysia Association of America (MAA) to celebrate its 25th Anniversary and 52nd Year of Independence of Malaysia. It was attended by about 800 Malaysians (many of whom have set up homes in New York) and some New Yorkers. I am proud to say that they are still very patriotic as we can see from the decors of the occasion with the

The Minister of Tourism is not interested in such matter. She is more interested in awarding contract/project to her cronies like Venturepharm. She is the most useless Minister of Tourism Malaysia ever had.
Please question Ng Yen Yen on the Venturepharm’s scandal.
If the Senator of New York can award the MAA leaders with a Certificate of Proclamation I find it difficult to understand why the our previous ambassadors were unable to attend such auspicious function organised by Malaysians abroad. These ambassadors were too arrogant and “gaji buta’. I congratulate our present ambassador Datuk Seri Jamaludin Jarjis for taking the trouble to fly from Washington to New York to represent our government.
Datuk Seri Ng Yen Yen, what are you doing in your Ministry that you could not send people to New York to help the MAA people to present Malaysia’s culture in such a function. I think that she is too preoccupied with Grace Chen Au Yong, the director of Venturepharm. She is only interested in looking after her friends or crony like Grace Chen Au Yong. Ventruepharm is too scandalous to say the least.
I hope that the PM will sack her from the cabinet as soon as possible. She is not fit to be in the government.
