MAS has been raped in 2003 under Tan Sri Md Nor during the Badawi government.
Good evening YB, I know you are going to have a tough time in October. Esp if you are the only one forcing the issue. But please persevere! The only way for this matter not to be swept under the carpet is if there are many voices in parliament echoing the frustrations felt by the citizens.

By the way I have already tabled six questions on this scandalous share swap alone. I am entitled to table ten questions for oral answers. I am only entitled to ten every session. Therefore, I had to scarify several important questions. But it is worth my while to do so because this share swap will determine the future of MAS, OUR national carrier and OUR AMBASSADOR worldwide. I hope that some of my friends/constituents will understand why I soldier on despite all the obstacles and the LOBBYISTS at work. You know who I meant.
With yours and the help of other Malaysians I believe we. We must help our PM to carry out his immediate goals to put 1Malayia on track and the abolishment of several draconian laws, which YAB PM has just announced tonight. I really hope that they will not burden YAB PM with their problems.
I pray that these people are still GOD FEARING and will allow reasons to major their will – call off this scandalous share swap. Get the real aviation professionals to manage MAS and I believe that MAS can fly to a majestic height that we have never seen before. It is our national duty to defend and fight for MAS for the better of our WAU BULAN. The WAU was KOYAKed by the sale of MCSB before it took off.

For them to comply to your request, they would have to rescind the agreement(s), which we were told had been “signed-sealed-and delivered”. I think this would be quite impossible, even for the PM to do.
So please be prepared to ask your list of questions. Even if they are prepared to rescind the agreements, we expect you to go ahead and ask your questions. Not because the MAS-AA deal was stopped, BUT it is to stop similar deals to be repeated in the future.
As your analysis had clearly shown, the MAS-AA deal was itself a repeat of the MAS Catering Sdn Bhd case. Similarly the MAS-AA case is a also mirror of the earlier purchase of Avenue Capital by ECM Libra.
As Sharifah had said – the opposition MPs should also speak up. To add to her suggestion, i would like to include also the BN MPs. If the UMNO MPs wish to keep quiet, MCA, Gerakan, MIC MPs must speak up.
The Rakyat are so aggrieved and tired of these wrong-doings. We are prepared to vote for the opposition in the GE13 just to signal to the BN Government, that these bad behaviours has to stop NOW. We cannot affords to let Malaysia be condemned to join the heap of no-hope African states.

How can you bring up this matter when you abandoned PR and became Bebas /BN friendly with Zulkifli and Zahrain ? You are going to do this to support Najib, so how can you expect other PR MPs or BN MPs to support you when all you want to portray is polishing Najib !
Why haven’t you written anything about Synergy Drive whereby CIMB boss made millions in fees in merging Sime Darby , Gutrie and Golden Hope plantation companies ? Have got no issues with Nazir Razak of CIMB who is paid RM 1.2 million a month ?
I can foresee nothing is going to happen as everything is in accordance to Malaysian laws.

How to stay with organisation that deceived its members and members of the public? How to tolerate politics of “Cakap Tak Serupa Bikin”, Nepotism and Willful Blindness? I have been very patient thinking that they will change but they have not. Look at how the land scandals in Selangor. They have set up Selcat and what happened. It became Dead Cat. Have you heard anything about it. Their politics are politic to Putrajaya and to be installed a PM. That is the only struggle. The people want nation building and not politicking. We want the country to prosper. We want the country to progress in an orderly fashion. Why soak yourself in an organisation when you longer share their aspiration to Putrajaya for Putrajaya sake? I am in the political arena long enough and I know that they have not changed. I can no longer tolerate so I leave.

The GLiC has made another BIG blunder by appointing the new MD due to many reasons below:
a. he is already 56 years old thus no pressure for him to perform, just collect gaji buta before retiring

c. he will be the scapegoat just like Fuaad, Jala and Azmir if the EXCO screw up and believe me the EXCO will screw up.

I like your words on ” the nation interst should be above all including money” in the earlier article. This is what lacking from Khazanah people. I have dealt with them for some years now when the started up till today. The has changed into an arrogant organization – could not care less about Malaysia interest. After the share swap was signed until now, what have the whizz kid Rashdan achieved? cancelled Firefly full load flights during Hari Raya, termination of Johor baru to KK & Kuching, change Firefly name to Sapphire and spending RM18 million of mAS money to sponsor Tony Fernandes’ QPR.

That was how Md Nor Md and the rest help MAS! If MAS is ok when WAU was in place then how to do a share swap now. YB please think lah. If MAS ok how can AirAsia survive until now.
To save MAS the first thing the PM had to do is to get rid of Tan Sri Nor Yakop, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and the whiz kid Rashdan. Then Datuk Azman Yahya, a Scomi. You know why lah. You think it is so easy to be a SCOMI boy?
If this first step is not done now then forget about. MAS will be cannibalized into pieces. at the end we will be left with the employee where the government ha to step in to help.
After 10 years, they still have not learned and this prove that they are not smart after all.

YB, I wish to point out that your claim that MCSB was profitable and contributing to the profits of MAS was wrong.Please check the audited accounts of MCSB prior to the sale. The sale of 70% realised cash for MAS to assist in its turnaround. The Concession was given to ensure that the purchasers has an opportunity to obtain a fair return of its investment from the support of the concession revenue. Subsequently, the new managed entity made profits and dividends were paid to MAS. I fear you were misinformed and I believe your conclusions are unfair since its based on disinformation. I do not wish to support any party but the facts must be revealed not on mere heresay.

If it was not profitable Datuk Ibrahim Hj Ahmad Badawi’s company (Gubahan Saujana Sdn Bhd) would not have bought 70% of MAS Catering Sdn Bhd. Since you know so much perhaps you should explain:
1. Since MAS catering was not doing: Gubahan Saujana Sdn Bhd was able to sell 51% of its 70% to Tamadam Bonded Warehouse Sdn Bhd for RM130 millions and 49% to LSG (a subsidiary of Lufthansa). Perhaps you can tell us all how much was the selling price of the 49%?
2. Why Tan Sri Md Nor did not annouce the back to back agreement that MAS must buy all its food supplies and cabin related services from MAS Catering (now LSG Sky Chefs Brahim) after the sale of its 70% share?
3. If this was not a one sided contract, please tell us why it was not one sided i.e. whether the prices of supplies are negotiable and what are hte safeguards in place in hte agreement that protect MAS.
4. No one in the right mind would have sold 70% MAS Catering. why sold to Gubahan Saujana Sdn Bhd?
4. What was the selling price of the 70 % share?
5. Why there was no open tender for the sale of the 70%?
6. If MAS Catering was doing so badly, do you think LSG (a subsidiary of Lufthansa) will be so stupid to buy 49% of the 70% of Gubahan”s share in MAS catering?
Perhaps these questions are beyond you because you are just doing your job to put your comments. These are the questions Khazanah, YB Tan Sri Nor Yakob and Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof had to explain in Parliament this October.

5. Tell us what was the selling
It is a scam in the first place. Tony needed MAS badly. Look at the announcement of the share swap on 8.8.2011. The beside the shares change they went straight to screw Firefly, which is making money. Firefly had to change name. Why Why WHy? Tony is scared of Firefly because Firefly is doing well and rakyat are plesed.
AirAsia is doing well. My foot. From the day of its inception until now no dividen has been given to shareholders. AA ding well is a myth and everyday we are bombarded by press reports and press statement by this Tony. Put rofessional into MAS and no interference to stifle MAS tehn we will really see MAS flying high again.
Look at MAS Catering. How the then managment under Md Nor, who is now the chairman, sold it to Datuk Ibrahim bin Hj Ahmad (Badawi) then entered into a back to back exclusive agreement that MAS must buy all its supplies from MAS Catering for 25 years. Why the exclusive agreement? Md Nor must explain why did he sell and why was it necessary to enter into the exclusive agreement for 25 years. This was how they screw MAS and then claimed that MAS had to be saved.
MAS had to be saved form people like Md Nor, Azman Mokhtar and Tony.
Well done again, YB. Whack the sceptics too. Hoi tidor kah, kalau ilmu sejengkal jangan main di laut dalam. Ptuiii, these idiots never learn, ha.
