Has the MAS management come to see you to discuss over MAS?
TAN SRI ABDUL AZIZ ABDUL RAHMAN: No never. Maybe they know that I
Adoi malunya. 370, Picket and now this. mana maruah anda? kecik kecik tak nak mampus, dah besar menyusahkan orang.
The only person that will disagree with Tan Sri Aziz will be that low caste using English name to hide his pariah’s origin. Anything matter on aviation, the government should consult him and not MAS. Of course, during the time of Slumbnerjack that was the case but not when MOT under Hishamudddin.
Why are the useless top management is not listening and feeling the pulse of MAS staff? Getting salary of more than RM100,000 plus perks is too nice to give up. They would rather sell their mothers than to resign. That’s their attitude. AJ, Azhari the botak head and the fatty Zahrah are acting stupid. They have no self respect.
The main problem with MAS is top heavy. Not heavy with substance but heavy with salaries and perks. How can one justify a salary of more than RM100,000 and the company is making losses to the tune of RM4 million a day. If this is their own private company they would have sacked the CEO as year ago. Azhari and Zharah wil be shown the gate a year ago too.
I think all current board members must be dropped. Get new team chaired by tan sri aziz. 2ndly, give mas free hand to turnaround, sure will not fail.
Agree with Hamid. For instance, redundancy of VPs is an obvious example and to make it worse some of them are brainless or close to dumb. If the company were to maintain the thick salary of top management staff, ok no problem, BUT they need to increase their workloads and tightened their kpi/assessment requirements. Please don’t let those people to suck the bloody money without giving much contribution to the company..squeeze their brains hard until they come out with the right business plan and strategy and then yeah they deserve the money. It’s fine to receive thick salary if you give thick contribution..the equation should be what you give = what you get..but the current situation is they give little but gain too much, it’s again the math
Too many deadwood in MAS. They are paid salaries and perks which no other company will ever think of paying them. How could the board of directors and the idiots in Khazanah allow such high salary scales in MAS. 2 executive directors cost MAS RM3.8 million a year and the two is making up the numbers in MAS. I am sure that the incompetence botak Azhari is paid a salary that he could never get it in AirAsia or any other companies. Initially sack the three deadwood botak Azhari, AJ and Zahrah and the rest will soon leave quietly for they know they will be sacked too.
Now Everyone Can Buy MRO For A Song.
Now Everyone Tell Who Is Associated With the Pariah To FO.
Yes, Tan Sri Aziz’s got my vote but first the Govt needs to realign the civil aviation business in Malaysia with the objective of strengthening KUL as an attractive hub. No point in turning around MAS whilst at the same time giving away AOCs like there’s no tomorrow! As I have said before, it will become another Puduraya…..in fact, well on the way now. Remember, the Govt has a golden share in MAS & it has the responsibility of ensuring prudent use of public funds. Other carriers like Air Asia & Malindo can change ownership anytime and different owners will have different intentions which may vary with the aspirations of the nation.
Actually the was proposal to unitize bangunan mas and other company owned properties instead of selling it out at the open market. But mas at that time needed cash to turn around quickly and they hv no interest doing property. So selling off is the obvious choice. Maybe mas wld live to regret this now. The portfolio size is quite big. Maybe org bawah cakap ni tak laku…so buatlah..minta maaf tan sri aziz…janji raja tun mohar untuk tidak jualkan tanah bangunan mas kepada tun razak tak tertunai…sepatutnya dipulang balik kepada kerajaan….
Not only we have to watch out for the useless botak Azhari, we have to also watch out for the little napoleons in Khazanah. The little napoleons in Khazanah are to look after the interest of that Pariah and the budak2 Tingkat Empat. We must expose them before they screw up MAS further. Remember the share swap which was secretly planned by the little napoleons in Khazanah.
They will try to dispose off MRO if we are not careful. Before they dispose off MRO, let us throw the useless botak Azhari out of MAS.
They will find an easy way out like selling off Bangunan MAS to raise cash. It is all about assets stripping. Any idiot can do assets stripping.
If I am the CEO of MAS, I would be ashamed of myself after I have read the Tan Sri Aziz’s interview. But I am sure the topless management is only interested in their fat salaries and perks. No wonder MAS is in such a mess. The whole lot should be sacked including the Board for allowing all the nonsense to happen.
Agreed but knowing them they have no honour left. Pengemis pun ada maruah. only option now is to ptuiii them and expose them further.

So the Badawis are the culprit….
Khazanah also should take a blame…change ceo like woman change handbag few time daily to match the wardrobe…no point if one organization got excellent downline but the top mgmt and owner suck
Malaysia is being targeted due to Mahathir’s ‘loose cannon’ on international affairs and when the various communities are being isolated due to their religion and race. It is not an united country any more after Razak launched his coup in 1969 and Mahathir promoted the concept of cronyism amongst his friends. So any potential saboteurs will select Malaysia to send a message out there, as they know Malaysia does not have any international clout. MAS has already become an object for sabotage to achieve a certain aim which is not clear at this moment. But for sure it is drowning and no one will like to sink with MAS.

Sad sad sad. The truth has surface. There were many signs written on the wall but we chose to be ignorant. In 2009 we wrote, http://rockybru2.blogspot.com/2009/06/six-things-mas-must-do.html
MAS responded
