Datuk Yang di-Pertua,
Saya bangun untuk membahas Rang Undang-undang Bank Negara 2009.
Bank Negara Malaysia adalah perbadanan perbankan tertinggi di Negara yang berkuasa bawah undang-undang untuk memantau serta mengawal tindak-tanduk semua bank di Malaysia, termasuk segala operasi kad kredit.
Selain daripda memastikan keutuhan sistem kewangan negara, Bank Negara juga berperanan penting dalam menjaga kepentingan dan hak orang awam yang berurusan dengan bank-bank ini supaya kita boleh mengelakkan rakyat jelata daripada diekploitasikan oleh bank-bank ini yang mengaut keuntungan lumayan tahun demi tahun. Bank Negara harus memikirkan bagaimana ia boleh menyahut laungan YAB Perdana Menteri supaya
Bank Negara exist to protect the banks and credit card companies, and not the people. when there is a complaint about malpractices of credit company, Bank Negara should commence investigations and not taking MBF Card Sdn Bhd’s reply as gospel truth.
Bank Negara is just useless and good for nothing.
Bank Negara is sleeping on the job. It seems that it was protecting the banks and MBF Card. Bank Negara should look after the interests of the people and the nation.
Bank Negara officer should be discipline for taking an easy way out.
Thank YB for speaking up for the people and the card holders, who have been exploited all the times by credit companies. We have enough of Bank Negara nonsense. Hopefully it will change for the good of the people.
Bnak negara should make announcement that when card holders lost their cards they are only liable for RM250 unless the credit card company can prove fraudulent acts on the part of the card holders.
YB please whack Bank Negara harder next time so that they will wake up and perform their duties.

Now that YB has spoken in Parliament about the complaint against MBF, I hope that will prompt Bank Negara to seriously investigate into the act of contravening Clause 15 of the Bank Negara Guideline on Credit Cards.
YB you should whack Bank Negara teruk-teruk for defending MBF. We all know that MBF has been bullying its card holders all these years.
Bank Negara should stop MBF from doing all these nonsense and charge MBF for violation of Clause 15 of the Guidelines.
That Grace Chen Oyan Yun Shai is very influential with a few Ministers. YB, you are right when you stated that Grace Chen is very close to Ng Yen Yen, the Minister of Tourism. They were close friends since Ng Yen Yen was the deputy Minister of Tourism under Datuk Kadir Sheik Fadir.
YB, you are also right that Ms Ivy See was Ng Yen Yen’s personal assistant and she joined Daley PR Communication in Guong Zhou. Daley PR got the monopoly of the advertising contracts in China costing Millions of Ringgit.
Grace Chen also got contract to manage Malaysia House in Hong Kong.
Grace Chen also sit on the Board of directors of Koperasi Perikanan Bhd under Kementerian Pertanian. She used a company known as Developtrend Sdn Bhd to get project.
YB you are spot on that whatever payments her companies received from the government, a chunk of it will be sent out to off-shore companies in Hong Kong and other places.
She is also involved with Venturepharm Asia Sdn Bhd and this company got a RM5.36 million subsidy from Techno Fund under Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. She just abused this subsidy by using fictitious company known as XLW Inc as a technology transfer partner. XLW Inc was non-existence.
Well done, YB you are spot on with the facts. Lets see what YB Ng Yen Yen and YB Maximus Ongkili are going to do about these scandals.
Good show YB, screw Bank Negara for its inefficiencies and for protecting banks and credit card companies especially MBF.
Bank Negara officers need to be told that they are there to protect the public from being exploited by the credit card companies. Very few people know that when they lost their credit card they are liable to a maximum of RM250 unless the credit card companies can prove that the card holder is fraudulent.
Bank Negara Governor and her officers please wake up and understand their role. The public pay their salaries and not MBF.
Semenjak YB menjadi MP wangsa maju. Kami Rakyat makin menyampah dengan badan kerajaan yang disebut dan lebih lagi tampuk yang duduk diatas! Kalau diatas dah tak betul apa lagi kat bawah?
Bank Negara is managed by idiots,who are sleeping all the time. They are not interested in their works. They are more interested in protecting the credit card companies and banks. They had to do that may be because the get free golf games and overseas trips. If not, why are they enforcing the Guidelines???
If I am the Tan Sri Zeti, I will be ashamed of the officers, who are good for nothing.
I hope that after YB have brought up their attitudes in Parliament they will start to change and enforce the Bank Negara Guidelines on Credit Card and charge MBF for violation of clause 15.
If MBF is not charged then no credit card company will bother to follow the Guidelines.

Ng Yen Yen can you pleae tell us more about your good friend, Grace Chen Oyan Yun Shai. Please tell us why Grace Chen and/or companies related to her have been getting many contracts and projects form Ministry of Tourism.
Ng Yen Yen you also know this company known as Daley PR has been given many jobs/projects from your Ministry.
Ng Yen Yen, please also tell us about the Tourism Call Centre scandals. This project was given to Grace Chen’s related company known as Daro Worldwide Sdn Bhd and it is run by Grace Chen’s son Dennis Chin.

It is a fact that Bank Negara is looking after the interests of the credit card companies that’s why it is not talking action against MBF. Further, Bank Negara is accepting the explanations given by MBF as gospel truth.
The country does not need Bank Negara to protect banks and credit companies.
Please wake up Tan Sri Zeti, your boys and girls are letting you down.
