Shafie Abdullah is a famous political sec of the PM. so he is entitled to exert some influence on the DBKL officers and government servants. I am sure that what he had done were without PM’s knowledge. But the officers are too stupid to let him fool them. Well, the officers had to play safe too.
Shafie bdullah is a “good” gatekeeper! Such political secretary should not be tolerated as he is not doing the job that he is entrusted by the PM to do.

Thank you for bringing this matter to the dewan.
Corruption is clearly very rampant. Is there any way to get ACA involved in this ? Start from the danau kota pasar malam, move into DBKL, and so on.
RM1k a month per gerai, can generate RM50k-RM100k per month. Siapa la yang tak mahu ? DBKL cleans up the place after that [rakyat’s money again].
Can we know the next plan of action ? Is it going to deaf ears or some action will be taken ?

Now that I have brought up this matter in Parliament, the Minister of WP will have to answer this officially. Upon receipt of the reply in Parliament, I shall post it here. Then we can decide what further actions to take from thereon.
The Minister will be replying within the next two weeks.
Now that this matter have been exposed, I hope that the UMNOputra will stop interfering with the administration of DBKL.

I am very angry with the noise pollution that were created nightly by this Danaui kota Pasar Malam which operates until 4 am. It will until 6 am that the place will be quiet. How do you expect us to live in peace.
I know that this pasar malam was moved from section 2 by the ex mp (Yew Toeng Look) to Danau Kota. I am happy that he lost in the last election.
YB please fight for us. We must get rid of this pasar malam to other places. May be it should be moved to Putrajaya at he PM reisdence because his political secretary is so involved in the DBKL administration.
I am appalled by YB’s revelation thta Pm’s secretary is interfering with the administration of DBKL. He should be sacked.
That Shafie Abdullah is definitely a powerful figure in DBKL. Toop officers of DBKL are very scared of him because he is the political secretary to the PM. Shafie Abdullah is very good in dropping PM’s name every where.
This is what the policy of “People First” is all about. Quite rightly said the policy is actually “UMNOputra DiDahalukan. If I am Najib I I will sack him immediately to get rid of such dangerous mind.
Be patient guys,we all watching YB doing his job,it is not an easy task as the current government is going all out to take back the states.using every forces to stop PR from doing their job properly is their main objective,so if any PR people did not show any progress in the area,don blame them,vote for them and PR can take over government.
No wonder the host of issues in Wangsa Maju continued unresolved.

I agree with your statement. Wangsa Maju problems cannot be solved because of this unseen hand messing around in the DBKL. Now that it has been exposed I hope that Najib will tell Datuk Shafie to stop his nonsense and concentrate in his work in the Ministry of Finance.
I also hope that MACC should start to interview Datuk Shafie.
When a person is blind and illiterate, we should ignore him. YB shouldn’t have even published his comments.
Stupid people does not know how much we have to suffer living under noise pollution and the crimes. We have been suffering for more than 2 years and now there is a little light for us. YB please help to get rid of this pasar malam for good.
We have had enough. Please let the PM know in Parliament that we are suffering here because of DBKL not taking action to look after the people interest and may be the interference by Datuk Shafie. He should be sacked.
The UMNOputra must not interfering with the the administration of DBKL. The PM must tell his boy to behave himself because Datuk Shafie has no right to interfere at all. People like Datuk Shafie that spoilt the name of the PM and BN.
But we need people like Datuk Shafie to make BN collapsed.
We are waiting to hear what the PM is going answer on the Mr Political Toll issue. Najib must know about the nonsense done by his political secretary. He cannot say that he was not aware.
If I am the Pm I will suspend him form work and commence investigation into his activities. Shafie is too famous in DBKL for dropping name of the PM. DBKL officers are also fed up of him because he is interfering with their work.
No wonder there are so many problems in Wangsa Maju that cannot be solves because of this UMNOputra.

Expose mengenai dengan Mr Political Toll ini mesti disiasat oleh SPRM kerna dia amat famous dalam pentadbiran kerajaan. Dia telah “bunuh” ramai angkota politik UMNO untuk kepentingan sendirinya.
Najib mesti ambil perhatian mengenai setiausaha politik beliau.

To my knowledge the noise from La Farge cement factory that was haunting my ears every midnight for 6 months is over because of good and persistant actions from Mr. Wee.

Fully agree with YB. That pavement which Restoran Hartini built the illegal structure is the right of the pedestrian, especially for school going children staying in Menara Alpha. Now they are being forced to walk on the road, exposing themselves being knocked by cars and motorbikes.
As far as we can remember the structure there has been demolished by DBKL once, when it was operate as a Mamak stall. So we the resident there feel very relief, that we are getting our pedestrian walk again.
But in no time, Restoran Hartini come and built their restaurant there until today and DBKL never take any action. When you report to DBKL, they said they going investigate. I think it already more than 10 years. Complains to DBKL is like talking to the wall.
Even when in May 2008, DBKL demolish the stalls in Desa Setapak, that Restaurant Hartini is not been touched by DBKL.
We appeal to YB to get DBKL to built pedestrian walk there for our school going children, instead of letting a PARASITE taking the right of the rakyat only for himself.

I have written many letters to DBKL with regards to Restoran Rashatini occupying the five foot way/pavement on the way to the Menara Alpha and I have also forward the photos of the Restoran. DBKL has agreed that it will demolish the illegal structures.
Before actions could be taken, Datuk Shafie, the political secretary to the Minister of Finance intervened. DBKl could not proceed with the demolition works. I do share your concern and anger.
Please rest assured that I shall press for the demolition of illegal structures so that your children and others could walk safely.
On the Danau Kota pasar malam issue I shall pursue this matter during the debate on the budget at the Committee Stage next week.

YB you are speaking for the voters in your areas and we are facing the social problems daily in Danau Kota because of the noise pollution and crime. All we are asking for is to move the pasar malam to another place far away from residential houses. Once that is done, the pasar malam can operate 24 hours because it will not disturb the peace for the residents in the area.
The residents have been complaining to DBKL and hte previous MP about the problems but it fell on deaf ears.
We have forwarded a petition containing 500 signatures to Datuk BAndar asking for the pasar malam to be moved to another place but no positive respond for several months. Now we heard that another 30 stalls being approved for certain UMNOputra. This show that Datuk bandar does not take into account the feeling of the rate payers. Then we should not pay rate since our voices are ignored!
We agreed that Datuk Shafie (as PM political secretary) should not interfere with the administration of DBKL so that DBKL can look after the interest of the people properly.
Just ignore those BN cybertroopers and keep on speaking up for us in and out of Parliament without fear. Don’t be intimidated by them for sepaking up for us.

i do not think datuk Shafie salary is high , BUT his SIDE INCOME might be enormous profitable , look at the bazar itself , every month it self generate estimate atleast rm100k base on the net rental received. imagine each INTERUPTION OF DBKL operation bring him good wealth. what is a new Merz to him ?
