If the annual maintenance cost of the 2 submarines is RM290 million, then what exactly did they pay Perimekar and Razak Baginda RM500 million for?
According to the Navy and PM Najib, the $500 million was not a commission but was for ‘co-ordination, maintenance and support’ services even mefore the subs arrived in M’sia.
Has somebody ripped off the Rakyat again? Heh, heh, heh!!!

what rubbish answer, 1 of 2 submarines to deter an invasion? open up the business space of Malaysia, letting countries all across the world to set up businesses, communites and second homes in Malaysia, that would be deterrent enough.
operate in various dimension? what the nonsense is the reply talking about, submarine can only operate under water.
290 million a year can be spent on healthcare and welfare, education and giving proper infrastruture to rakyat. No one except those on the gravy train would get that and perhaps that is where the real issue lies.
