“Perompak-perompak Negara” – Part 1

Tuan Wee Choo Keong [Wangsa Maju]: Terima kasih Tuan Yang di-Pertua. Saya bangkit untuk membahas rang undang-undang ini bernama Akta Pasaran Modal dan Perkhidmatan 2007. Apa- apa yang disebut tadi oleh Yang Berhormat Timbalan Menteri memang bagus. Ini untuk mengawal seliakan pasaran modal dalam negara kita. Akan tetapi kita sudah tahu bahawa pasaran modal di dalam negara kita sekarang ini boleh dikatakan seperti sebuah kasino, kasino yang berlesen untuk orang bermain saham-saham. Masalahnya adalah mengawal selia ada masalah, penguatkuasaan ada masalah.

Sampai hari ini kita tengok banyak insider trading dan sebagainya tetapi tidak ada seorang pun tertuduh di mahkamah sampai hari ini. Listed companies tidak ada dikawal selia masalahnya dan saya hendak menyentuh sedikitlah mengenai dengan MAS ini yang di bawah pasaran modal juga, security market, public listed company.

Sebelum itu saya ingin meminta izin untuk menyatakan bahawa kita bersyukurlah negara kita di mana baru-baru ini walaupun kapal terbang MAS ada masalah dengan enjinnya terbakar tetapi tiada nyawa terkorban. Walaupun saya ada sahabat Datuk Rockie Blue dalam pesawat MH002 daripada Kuala Lumpur ke London. Oleh kerana kepakaran dan kecekapan pekerja-pekerja MAS di mana kita menyelamatkan lebih kurang 300 manusia termasuk warganegara Malaysia dan luar negeri. MAS ini pun namanya boleh kata safetylah dalam MAS ini, adalah yang amat baik. Alhamdulillah oleh kerana kecekapan pekerja-pekerja MAS ini.

Walaupun mereka pekerja-pekerja ini dianggapkan oleh pengurusan tertinggi MAS, di Parlimen mereka datang memberi taklimat mengenai share swap ini. Menyatakan pekerja-pekerja MAS ini adalah low productivity, saya quote, untuk saya, bukan. Ini ternyata di mana 300 nyawa telah diselamatkan oleh mereka termasuk pilot, cabin crew dan ground crew tetapi ini bukan kerana pengurusan tertinggi MAS yang menyelamatkan nyawa manusia ini, pekerja. Made that clear dan saya amat sedih hati bila pengurusan tertinggi, Ahmad Jauhari datang ke sini menyatakan mereka ini low productivity. Ini sudah ada satu evidence, ternyata mereka menyelamatkan 300 nyawa termasuk Datuk Rockie Blue sahabat saya dan seorang blogger Datuk Rockie dan Rockie Blue blognya.

Akan tetapi MASnya telah dijahanamkannya, bukannya oleh share swap. Sebelum share swap, di mana BinaFikir Sdn. Bhd. telah dilantik oleh Tan Sri Md Nor pada masa itu jadi MD kepada MAS, sekarang ini sudah balik jadi Pengerusi MAS. Baru-baru ini saya meminta satu penjelasan, berapakah consultancy fees yang dibayar oleh MAS kepada BinaFikir Sdn. Bhd. yang pada masa itu dimiliki oleh Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar dan Mohammed Rashdan. Sekarang Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar telah di dalam Khazanah, MDnya dan Mohammed Rashdan sebagai Deputy CEO. Berapa kali saya minta, berapakah ini consultancy fees ini, tidak diberi.   1. Bravo yb, cari jln supaya isu2 begini boleh jadi isu nasional yb, Biar semua rakyat bercakap tentang ini, bukan setakat di parlimen saja yg kita semua tahu itu tempat kebal drp tindakan undang2, lagi hanya segelintir saja yg tahu.

YB, ada satu hadith yang membawa maksud.. apabila ada kemunkaran hendaklah cuba memberhentikannya dengan menggunakan tangan (maknanya kuasa), kalau tak mampu gunakan mulut dan kalau tak mampu dengan hati – dan itu selemah-lemah iman. Apa yang sedang berlaku di MAS yang sedang dibalun oleh Tony Fernandez, Kamaruddin Meranun, Azman Mokhtar dan Danny Rashdan dan kuncu2 mereka adalah kemunkaran – peni…an. YB telah menggunakan mulut… syabas. Mana dia pihak berkuasa? Apakah tindakan mereka? Sekiranya tidak ada apa2 tidakan, maka mereka yang ada kuasa subahat atau bersekongkol dengan orang yang berbuat kemunkaran.

  10. If approval from DCA is required, then why is Azhari still there?

    These kind of people will not play by the rule. They will cling on their job without shame or remorse. Practically begging for their arses to be kicked at.

    Nope, they will not leave before achieving their mission to destroy the national carrier and in return enriching their masters.

  11. Thank you YB for speaking the truth for us. Don’t forget the Nanny Danny scandals of upgrading his maid and baby to the first class cabin. This Nanny Danny must be exposed further. The Pariah and his goons will go all out to protect the Nanny the Danny because he is vital for the share SUAP.

    We hardly see the TRIO moving around MAS. they must be under siege down. These shameless dogs will do anything for their master.

    The “Perompak” must be sent to Sungai Buloh for a long holdiday for what they have done to MAS.

  13. Padan muka kepada puak2 “Perompak”. Skrg diketahui u,um tingkah lagu mereka yang sebenarnya. Share swap ini memang satu “SUAP” untuk puak2 merkea.

    Kuncun Azman Mokhtar, Nanny Danny perlu letak jawatan dengan serta merta. Dia tak layak memengang apa2 jawatan di mana GLCs. Dia sudah menunjukkna kebinatangannya dalam hal share SUAP ini.

  14. Even though the stupid TRIO tried to blocked the internet access we in MAS are still assessing the net via our own moden and other devices. The stupid TRIO are too brainless to think of such dirty tactics to inconvenience the staff. Their actions have made the staffs to fight them more.

    Lets expose them until they are naked especially Dannny boy and those from AA or indirectly connected to the Pariah. Rozman Omar, Azhari Dhlan, Nor Zalida Ahamd. please do not forget about Ignatious Ong who is sucking up to the Pariah as though the pariah is his father.

  15. Yb …. I have alots of respect for you … Thank you for stand up for mas worker .. Watch tv3 news tonight . Hope everybody in malaysia and the whole world watching it too so everybody know their dirty scam… I will carry your flag in pru … Fyi , most of mas staff know your blog by now ….

      Thank you sdr/sdri. It is my pleasure to do what I can for our national airline/icon. Furthermore, I, as MP, must speak up to tell the Government that all is not well with the share “SUAP” and the CCF. Please don’t mention it.

      Hope the Government will listen to our voices in this Blog. I believe that YAB Datuk Seri Najib has a pair listening ears.

      All your voices have been heard and heard loud and clear.

      Let us not allow the TRIO to intimidate us with all the dirty tactics. We would ensure that justice will prevail in the case of abused of power by Danny.

      In reality, the CEO is probably relating to an effort to save costs. However, its probably dawned on him, rather late than never …hopefully, that he has mostly good, well trained & experienced assets in his hands. The very assets he has been directed to splice to pieces in the name of “efficiency”!

      Maybe, the entire MH BOD, should go to ground & station themselves in the leading edge operations positions, to see for themselves, what it takes to deliver Malaysian Hospitality! Outsourcing isn’t always the solution for increased efficiency. Leadership with Clear Vision & Commitment, Discipline & Strong Team Spirit …… are the real prerequisites.

  17. Damage control lah YB!! Itu dah nak bodek all the “unproductive workforce” lah!! Dei A Jay! Convince our reps first by honouring the CA la. get the low class LCC import and con-sultans OUT first!!! We don’t trust any of them….

    • Ya la Pak Belalang …handling delays in that manner has always been the way MAS’ “unproductive” people operate all this while. Teamwork like that is SOP – no need for AJ to tell at great length what handling a delay involves that staff already know. Who advises him ? Good of GCEO to show appreciation but he shud make it simple and sincere – no need for flattery..

    I remember when there is cargo confrence in KL, TV3 reporter try to get some comment from u but i remember that u ‘run away’ from the reporter
    as an MD of the company i think you have to say something.
    Maybe you scare that what ever u want to say will differ from what TF want.
    or you havent get any approval fm TF to talk to the media.

  19. When u happen visiting India, don’t forget Mahatma Gandhi. Why? Because when workers not happy, even post office can closed for 3 months. Rakyat will feel fear flying MAS or AIRASIA from A to B town. Flight MAS KL – LONDON recently proved something is burning inside. Watch NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC – AIRCRAFT INVESTIGATION everyday then hope one of them not from MALAYSIA.
