Kompleks MAS di Sepang yang mengandungi 32 bangunan MAS yang dibina oleh MAS pada tahun 1998 dengan beratus-ratus juta ringgit. Dijual untuk hendak jadikan MAS ini sebagai satu asset light airlines. Bagus tetapi akhirnya kemudian menandatangani pula untuk satu list agreement dengan satu syarikat yang bernama Asset Global Network Sdn. Bhd. Tidak apa. Okey, bagus. Untuk berapa lama? Selama 57 tahun, 57 years, dengan izin.
Inilah yang sekarang sudah jadi Pengerusi MAS pula. Sudah naik standard. Dengan berapa sewaannya, dengan berapa sewaannya? RM78.8 juta pada masa sekarang setahun. Pada tahun yang akhir 2059 masa itu saya rasa Ahli Parlimen di sini pun sudah kemungkinan kita pun tidak ada dalam dunia ini. 2059 pada masa itu berapa, pada masa itu berapa? Jumlah RM125 juta setahun. Bagaimana MAS hendak boleh untung? Yang untung-untungnya semua bocor ke sini. Inilah kepintaran Bina Fikir ini yang di bawah Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar ini. Tidak apa. Yang dibuatkan semua ini, tidak apa. MAS ini memang sudah baik, sudah pulih.
Selepas itu pada tahun 2008, semasa Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar di Khazanah Bina Fikir ini yang diwakili pada masa itu yang diketuai pada masa itu oleh Mohamad Rashdan bin Yusof ini dijual kepada salah satu GLC kerajaan Maybank Berhad dengan harga RM8 juta, RM8 juta. Bina Fikir sebuah consultancy firm. Daripada 2001 sehingga 2008 dalam lapan tahun, setahun dia boleh nilainya RM8 juta termasuklah jualan Rashdan pun kroni-kroni Tan Sri Azman itu masuk ke dalam Maybank tapi tidak berapa lama ditendang keluar Rasydan. Ke mana terus?
Tendang keluar disambut dengan open arm oleh siapa? Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar dalam Khazanah sebagai Investment Director. Wah, pintar pula. Dalam dunia ini tidak ada sudah orang yang lebih baik yang lebih berwibawa dalam negara kita. Tidak adakah? Kena bawa konco dia masuk tetapi ada yang penting. Untuk apa, untuk apa? Untuk tujuan hendak bagaimana hendak cannibalize MAS. Hendak buat MAS pula sekali lagi untuk satu asset light airlines sekali lagi. Sebelum itu saya menyeru MACC dan semua agensi kerajaanuntuk menyiasat transaksi terhadap MAS Katering dan penjualan kompleks MAS oleh Tan Sri Md Nor ini salah seorang pengkhianat negara juga ini. Further to your expose on the sit-in in Italy, I hope they are reading this and will inform all our comrades in ALL stations in Europe, South Asia, South East Asia, China etc that they who are doing the reservations and ticketing functions will SOON also be terminated, and these services will be OUTSOURCED to vendors, at much higher costs than the wages currently paid to them.
Back in Malaysia, there is a whisper that a certain Board member is interested in the MAS Call Centre – good money if he get the outsouce contract, then charge MAS exorbitant rates for services, compared to the wages MAS is paying to its staff now. No prize for guessing which Board member, his office is just down the road in Subang.
Well Pecah Tembelang, you sure got it RIGHT. Even now the MAS Call Centre has been outsourced to some company and these staffs from this company is know as BRAND Staffs. How far is true I am not sure but these BRAND staffs are paid by the hour.
I did make to calls to the Call Centre and many times it’s been answered by the BRAND staff and I can tell you they are terrible because they can’t even answer simply questions like can I book a Firefly ticket with MAS. Guess what they make me wait for more than half an hour and then said NO. Furthermore, most of the time these BRAND staffs are ZERO when comes to reservations knowledge. If you were to make a reservations, they will asked you to hold on for more than 6 times because they said they will check with their officer.
So you can imagine if it’s been outsource to vendors, what is going to happen to MAS Call Centre? Thye answer is…….you people knows better.

Kalau dah tercunggap2 bleeding nak mampos, apa bongkak sangat bagi discount kepada Air Asia X dan Air asia untuk menyelenggara pesawat mereka dan uplift pemumpang mereka. Awak tu dah sakit. Sedarlah diri. Orang yang tenat bagi darah kepada orang yang mengaku diri dia sehat.
In this case where MAS has the upper hand cos noone wants to uplift their passengers or maintain their aircraft, MAS should have at least insisted on a premium over market price cos MAS runs the risk of not being paid for the services rendered. At the very least, MAS should have insisted on market or industry mandated pricing protocol cos that is what other airlines would charge AAX for uplifting their passengers. This would be a good shot in the arm for MAS and I can see how CCF can help MAS. But it is clear that CCF is all about raping MAS.
I thot Air Asia/X is financially strong or at least stronger than MAS. So was it MAS who benovelently offered the discounts or was it asked by Air Asia? Eitherway, no wonder MAS is going down the drain and Air Asia is triving.
It also serves to support that AAX could not have carried the 30,000 passengers because they cant afford to pay the landing fees by these airports and the fees already owing to these airports.
Lets see when Singapore will impound their aircraft for not paying for the maintenance on their aircraft.

There will be a change in Management level in the MAS Call Centre and the VP of Distribution been told to leave MAS. Even the MAS Call Centre Manager been moved out from the MAS Call Centre. So now there will be a new team of management people taking over the running of the MAS Call Centre.
So is this another one of bloddy AJ and Itchy Dan’s plan? Any out there any idea what is going to happen to the MAS Call Centre when these so called new manaement team when they take over?

The former VP was asked to see the HC head “to sort things out”. The HC Head told him it had nothing to do with “performance” (which on record is above the average ratings) but due to “reorganisation” and to bring in “fresh blood”. The VPs are not union members, so it’s easier to pull the rug from under them. This former VP was told to accept the package offered and there was “no other alternative (but to leave)”.
The Call Centre? Heard a Board member might be keen on having it outsourced to him. His office is just down the road in Subang, so maybe this outsourcing is just an extention of the “collaboration?”.

Who is on the Board today who will DARE to ask AA for market price? Just look at what they are paying for the Kul-Mumbai transfer? ZERO fare. Only RM390 for fuel surcharge or was it just airport taxes? In fact, there are some tickets LOWER than RM390!! I am serious. MAS is being looted and raped in broad daylight with the full blessings of the Board, led by the mouthpeice-for-the-crony Chairman, sanctioned by Khazanah, abetted by Nazir Razak, all clowns in the circus ring with you-know-who as the ring master!

Further to your expose on the sit-in in Italy, I hope they are reading this and will inform all our comrades in ALL stations in Europe, South Asia, South East Asia, China etc that they who are doing the reservations and ticketing functions will SOON also be terminated, and these services will be OUTSOURCED to vendors, at much higher costs than the wages currently paid to them.
Back in Malaysia, there is a whisper that a certain Board member is interested in the MAS Call Centre – good money if he get the outsouce contract, then charge MAS exorbitant rates for services, compared to the wages MAS is paying to its staff now. No prize for guessing which Board member, his office is just down the road in Subang.
Well Pecah Tembelang, you sure got it RIGHT. Even now the MAS Call Centre has been outsourced to some company and these staffs from this company is know as BRAND Staffs. How far is true I am not sure but these BRAND staffs are paid by the hour.
I did make to calls to the Call Centre and many times it’s been answered by the BRAND staff and I can tell you they are terrible because they can’t even answer simply questions like can I book a Firefly ticket with MAS. Guess what they make me wait for more than half an hour and then said NO. Furthermore, most of the time these BRAND staffs are ZERO when comes to reservations knowledge. If you were to make a reservations, they will asked you to hold on for more than 6 times because they said they will check with their officer.
So you can imagine if it’s been outsource to vendors, what is going to happen to MAS Call Centre? Thye answer is…….you people knows better.

And to thank Tun Abdullah Badawi for the 25 years catering contract that MAS gave to his brother, former MAS Chairman Tan Sri Munir appointed Tun Abdullah as Advisor to MAS. Tun is paid RM 15,000 per month until today and MAS built an office for him in Precint 3 Putrajaya.
Tub Abdullah has been paid by MAS to SLEEP ok! Until now he has not uttered a single word about the secret share SUAP and CCF. Gaji buta sahaja, Has was taking advantage to just to enjoy the monthly sorry of RM15 K plus all the perks, and a nice office. Shameless idiot.

Kalau dah tercunggap2 bleeding nak mampos, apa bongkak sangat bagi discount kepada Air Asia X dan Air asia untuk menyelenggara pesawat mereka dan uplift pemumpang mereka. Awak tu dah sakit. Sedarlah diri. Orang yang tenat bagi darah kepada orang yang mengaku diri dia sehat.
In this case where MAS has the upper hand cos noone wants to uplift their passengers or maintain their aircraft, MAS should have at least insisted on a premium over market price cos MAS runs the risk of not being paid for the services rendered. At the very least, MAS should have insisted on market or industry mandated pricing protocol cos that is what other airlines would charge AAX for uplifting their passengers. This would be a good shot in the arm for MAS and I can see how CCF can help MAS. But it is clear that CCF is all about raping MAS.
I thot Air Asia/X is financially strong or at least stronger than MAS. So was it MAS who benovelently offered the discounts or was it asked by Air Asia? Eitherway, no wonder MAS is going down the drain and Air Asia is triving.
It also serves to support that AAX could not have carried the 30,000 passengers because they cant afford to pay the landing fees by these airports and the fees already owing to these airports.
Lets see when Singapore will impound their aircraft for not paying for the maintenance on their aircraft.

But the moment I saw MAS aircraft at the airport, it always bring tears, cause I know, I’m home-finally. Thats the feeling I always have when I see MAS flt- home!

There will be a change in Management level in the MAS Call Centre and the VP of Distribution been told to leave MAS. Even the MAS Call Centre Manager been moved out from the MAS Call Centre. So now there will be a new team of management people taking over the running of the MAS Call Centre.
So is this another one of bloddy AJ and Itchy Dan’s plan? Any out there any idea what is going to happen to the MAS Call Centre when these so called new manaement team when they take over?
Frankly, its about time cos the MAS call center is long overdue for some improvement.

The former VP was asked to see the HC head “to sort things out”. The HC Head told him it had nothing to do with “performance” (which on record is above the average ratings) but due to “reorganisation” and to bring in “fresh blood”. The VPs are not union members, so it’s easier to pull the rug from under them. This former VP was told to accept the package offered and there was “no other alternative (but to leave)”.
The Call Centre? Heard a Board member might be keen on having it outsourced to him. His office is just down the road in Subang, so maybe this outsourcing is just an extention of the “collaboration?”.

Love your posting. However, please note that for MAS to insist on premium over market price or even market price from AA is like mimpi di siang hari. Who is on the Board today who will DARE to ask AA for market price? Just look at what they are paying for the Kul-Mumbai transfer? ZERO fare. Only RM390 for fuel surcharge or was it just airport taxes? In fact, there are some tickets LOWER than RM390!! I am serious. MAS is being looted and raped in broad daylight with the full blessings of the Board, led by the mouthpeice-for-the-crony Chairman, sanctioned by Khazanah, abetted by Nazir Razak, all clowns in the circus ring with you-know-who as the ring master!
