It is another scandal involving the MOSTI. How could MOSTI officers not aware of such a scandal. Most probably those connected with TechnoFund is also part of this scandal.
It is clear that the so-called research by Venturepharm is a big scam. MOSTI must immediately take action to terminate the grant and recover the RM2 million that have been paid to Venturepharm. TechnoFund is the rakyat money.
I believe that Datuk Mustapa Juman, the ex-CEO of Felcra, was charged for some offences sometimes ago. Can someone help on this.
Chen Oyan Yun Shai is a Taiwanese with strong connections with top MCA and UMNO politicians. Ministry of Tourism is her playing field. Advertising contracts for Tourism Board in China were given to her company.
If she is not powerful how could she obtained PR or citizen status in Malaysia. I am told that she still uses her Taiwanese passport.
Please also check on her business associate by the name of Mr Yap Heng Tun. They are working together.
