In Parliament this morning one of my Oral Questions submitted on 02 June 2008 for its second sitting was rejected. The said question is numbered No.10 in my list of questions.
10. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [Wangsa Maju] asks the Minister of Law to state whether the Government intends to order an investigation into the allegation of improprieties of a sitting Court of Appeal Judge, which evidence was tendered before the Royal Commission of Inquiry On Lingam Video Clip. If not, why not.

Hi Mr Wee,
does it have to do with the 1 day motion on the oil issue today?
I watched the session this morning. The BN MPs were riding on the same points. I like what Bagan had to say, his points were strong and clear.
Seems that the motion of no confidence is something not to be heard today, wonder why those 2 MPs were absent
Of course, the question would be rejected. The BN government is not sincere in wanting to reform the judiciary as we can see from the refusal to set up the Judicial Commission for the appointment of judges, which was promised by the de facto minister of law, YB Senator Zaid Ibrahim.
We all know who is that Chinese sitting Court of Appeal judge. You must persue this matter until actions is taken against that Chinese Judge.
We know you will not let this matter go without fighting. We know you YB. We are all waiting for you to expose that corrupted Court of Appeal Judge.
Expose him further in Parliament. That is what you are expected to do. Go for it.
YB
When will the motion of no confidence will be table?
