YB, itu di Wangsa Maju, what happen in Bandar Sri PERMAISURI? we are also affected. Nobody is giving us a straight answer. sekejab kata ampangan pecah and then main pipe bocor di MRR highway. which is which? susah lah macam ni. mau basuh ituuuuuu pun susah ma!

Bandar Sri Permaisuri is not part of my constituency. I believe that it is is in Selayang Parliamentary Constituency. I am checking about it and give you an update in due course.

I have tried many time calling the Call Center for Syabas KL but no one answer. Could please also try to call the Toll Free No: 1800885252.
I very much regret that I am of not much help. I will do my best to get them if my call is answered and revert in here.

We have received the water supply alright, after much complaints. However, the water supply thay we received apparently is not clean water. It contains sand and it is brownish in colour. How do SYABAS expects us to carry out our daily chores/activities, let alone drinking. We took a snapshot of the water
After bathing using this water, my sister itched all over her body. Who is going those medical bills. I, myself, who is trying to recover from kidney infection is greatly affected of this type of water supply.
We would also like to bring to your attention of the conversation taken place between myself and one Amirul Akmal of the hotline number: 1800-88-5252. I was informed by him that we need to lodge a complaint every day in order to receive the water supply. The problems that we are facing are (1) they do not answer they call as expected and (2) we have to call numerous times.
Secondly, we were also informed that they are currently resolving the problem and is expected to resolved in stages within a week. Can i pose a question: how are we going to live for this one whole week without cleaned water supply.
We simcerely hope, from the bottom of our heart that you as our representative hears our plight and to take action against SYABAS on our behalf, the resident of Desa Setapak.

I very much regret to note what you, your family members and others in Section 1 and 2 Wangsa Maju have suffered throughout this episode. I sincerely hope that Syabas will take all actions deemed necessary to avoid the recurrence of such situation in Wangsa Maju or any where else.
I will definitely take your complaints to the attention of the management of Syabas.
I really am glad that the water supply has been restored this evening for the Section 1 and 2.

YB our representative for Bandar tun Razak ( you know who) is not pushing hard enough to look into the water problem we are facing, Let me tell him on your blog that he is gone for the next election. Without electricity we can still make do but without water for a week is too much
