  2. syabas kena tweet dan guna facebook untuk update tentang kerja pembaikan ni supaya pengguna dapat prepare seadanya untuk sebarang kemunkinan. Tadi saya check tapi tak ada latest news pon. kena buat kerap sikit. aisehman, kompany besar dengan ramai pengguna pon masih tak perihatin ka.

    • Saya amat bersetuju dengan pandangan sdr. Syabas perlu meningkatkan perkhidmatna infomasi supaya rakyat/pengguna boleh mendapatkan infomasi terkini.Saya akan cuba membawa pandangan sdr bagi syabas. Saya berharap piap yang dipecah dapat dibaiki dengan secepat mungkin.

  4. YB, boleh x minta tanker dihantar ke flat kami! Dah 2 ari to satu tanker pun x dtg.dah call banyak kali kat syabas tapi still x dtg. Kami di Flat taman keramat permai, jalan au1b/1.

    • Saya cuba call hp pegawai Syabas tetapi mereka tidak jawab. Kemungkinan mereka sibuk dengan masalah bekalan air. Kalau saya dapat matlumat saya akan jawab di sini.

      Saya telah panjangkan aduan sdr/sdri kepada Syabas dan pegawainya memaklum bahawa mereka akan menghantar tanker dengan secepat mungkin.

  5. Good day YB,

    I’m staying in Tiara Ampang,Ampang,Selangor.Our place also is affected with no water supply since this morning.I check with my Management/Maintenance Office,they inform Syabas only answer their call once out of 30 times they tried calling today.No clear answer was given when asked and no water supply lorry is or will be deployed to our residence.It is unfortunate i’m staying in an area where we don’t have a capable & caring representative like you sir. Tiara Ampang Management/Maintenance office still cannot given any answer to the residence on when will this be resolve,whether there will be a water supply lorry being sent by Syabas…Not so Syabas.

      I am sorry to learn about no water tanker has been to your area. As soon as I got news from officer of Syabas I shall give you a reply in here and your email.

      I have already brought your complaint to the attention of Syabas. I believe that Syabas will make the necessary arrangements to provide water tanker to your area as soon as it is practicable.

  6. Caretaker YB now the Danau kota flats located at jln genting klang is having the similar fate,water supply stopped running on friday, 12/4, any solutions? Did syabas say anyting on this matter? when will the water supply returns?

      I have been informed by Syabas that the situation in Danua Kota Flat is alright now. I have also checked with a few friends in Danau Kota Flats and the Syabas officer has informed me that they is no problem with the water supply at Danau Kota Flats. However, I have requested Syabas to send a water tanker there just in case and it has graciously agreed to do so. Syabas is unable to give me the exact timing. Thank you Syabas for your kind understanding.

      Thank you so much for your kind words, sdr. Please don’t mention it. It is my duty, in whatever capacity, to help my fellow Malaysians especially in such a situation where water supply is a necessity. Thank God that due to the good relationship with the officers in Syabas that I was able to get co-operation when Parliament has been dissolved.
