1. When he said about the CA, it shows that he listened only 1 sided, Maseu. he didn’t bother to investigate or find out from other sources.
2. He said Mas crew now can go to other Airlines like Emirates, sukarela..Since when we have to ask permission from company to go to other airlines? Who the F.. they think they are?
3. He said about MAS lost 2.5 billions. How much did Air Asia untung last year?? Can Air Asia saves MAS?

Awang Adek is definitely not fit to be MP. He lost in 2008 GE and was appointed a Senator by Badawi. The very Pm that allow WAu and the selling of MAS Caterig to his own brother company.
In 2004 June Badawi also appointed Amok as the MD of Khazanah and then Md Not to be the Chairman of Security Commission.

1. The share swap was between Khazanah Nasional and Tune Air rwho are the owners of MAS and AA/AAX?
2. THIS SHARE SWAP DID NOT A BAIL OUT FOR MAS but for Tune Air. Please calculate the number and worth of shares changing sides.s
3. Why the tansfer of MAS staff to another company being mentioned if the sort haul is not a newco?
4. why did the RA sign after the fact? Why are the tickets reflected NOFARE?
5. MAS has the social obligation to connect the country devided by an ocean. Why did the flights between East and West Malaysia being cancelled unscropolously and delay in reactivating them?
6. Why MAS cancel Middlea East destinations except for Jeddah? Emirate and Qatar increase their flequencies and benefited from the cancellation. Are they not losing?
7. Why must the management insist MAS staff in Subang to move to KLIA? What is the plan for MAS properties in Subang? Are not this movement is a reflection that MAS management care less for the staff? What are the economic damages to the tourism industry and the economy at large?
8. Why can’t the collaboration be done without AA encroach into MAS properties and top management? Can someone dig about this new head of MAS Engineering who returned to MAS from AA? We had in the past an exMAS staff from low ranking who came back to MAS as an EVP and ruined MAS Revenue Management, Distribution and Sales. He was Bernard Fr…. An unruly person who argued like a thug in the Management Meeting.
Yes, why can’t the collaboration being done without the CCF? AA or Tune Air did not pay or pump a single cent into MAS except placing his cronies to high posts in MAS to craft strategies for AA to dip their dirty hands into MAS remaining assets. Luckily for now the Flight Simulators were not spinned off to WTF and AA JV company. And these goons did not produce any positive commercial and operating results to MAS bottomline. So far they brought unrest and uncondusive working environment and industrial disharmony within MAS loyal ranks and files.
9. Why was the reluctance by the MOT, MOF, and other Malaysian authorities to transparently investigate these whole deals about the CCF, reported spinned off, RA and NOFARE tickets so on? Were they afraid? Come to MAS quitely, talk to MAS staff and observe the working areas and documents to find some AA PLANTED STAFF exist within MAS. How can this be? The working level of collaboration are still fuzzy to MAS staff to make them happen. Why? Because the BOF and top management have dubious agenda which they cannot transparently and solidly sell to MAS staff.

If the MAS BOD, Khazanah and/or the govt had integrity, the DCEO would have gone by now. To the contrary, they have begun to trivialize & localize the issue to one of confidentiality vis-a-vis the VR.
As listed by Kapak Halus, the core issues are still out there & are being forced through, visibly and invisibly. We need to re-affirm that the constituents and objectives of the CCF are against national interest, in “crystal clear” terms.
And if, these issues are not addressed now, the parties acting-in concert to the CCF, must be held accountable & are therefore liable to public rebuke, if it results in the collapse of our national carrier.
I fear that the timeline may not be soon enough for MAS & its STAKEholders, not only its significant SHAREholders….. some of whom got their foot through the door for next to nothing!

in the light of what have been exposed, Malaysians should boycott AA or AA X because of their business model with hidden charges. More often than not flights were not on time, counter closed earlier than schedules, all kinds of fees even counter check in is charged.

Never mind you, other MAS staffs, Malaysians and I will do what we can to stop this share Suap and CCF as they are very detrimental to the future well-beings of MAS and MAS staff. MAS is our national airlines and icon that must be protected from being cannibalized like the aircraft of Rural Air Services (RAS) in 2006/2007.

Were you able to post questions shared here and get satisfactory respond during today’s parliament sitting? They would say one thing to the crony media but act strangely and secretly in MAS. MAS management has a MC meeting today and they discussed on how to spin the negative and damaging issues circulating in the social media. They may also discuss about Danny the cry baby. Danny who re joined MAS as s ED after several spells and curses in other GLCs including Maybank promoted himself to Deputy Group CEO of MAS and the MD of short haul. What a disgrace! Good riddence our friends at Maybank shared. But greed and arrogant blind him and other cronies.
They are doing the biddings for WTF instead of the national interests. TS WTF and Kamaruunot been heard and made comments since the saga and criticsm took place. I will definitely do my level best to bring up in Parliament about what you have stated, the injustices done to MAS under the said share swap and, most of all, CCF, the abused of powers by MAS and other matters related to CCF including the secret appointmetn of PlaneConsult. The appointment of PlaneConsult was a clear case of CONFLICT OF INTEREST that must be stopped immediately otherewise CCF will be a one sided “Collaboration” by MAS for the benefits of AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd.
MAS staff and all its Unions must also play their parts to stop the injustices and decisions made under the said share swap and CCF that are detriimentalto MAS. Not forgeting teh abused of pwoers oif Rashdan in the case of upgrading his maid to First Class that was contrary to the existing policy/rule. One rule of rthe powerful and another rule for the normal graded staff of MAS.
I am now reply to sdr in the chambers of Parliament. We are now debating a Bill relationg to Minsitry of Transport. Yours truly will try to bring the injustices done to MAS under CCF and plights of MAS staff in this whole episode.

Please relate to the Parliament and the MOT particularly that Md Nor and Rashdan generated funds using WAU initiative and Idris Jala and Tengku Azmil generated funds from selling huge parcels of MAS properties worldwide. Now that the Trio Md Nor, AJ and Danny the cry baby (with pool of AA appointees at MAS top management posts) came on board with the support of WTF AA and AAX and Khazanah Nasional under the pretext of CCF (they are fond of 3 letter word like WAU and CCF), what are their strategies to boost MAS cash position? Particularly the impending delivery of new aircraft?
If it is again by spinning off MAS divisions and subsidiaries or selling MAS remaining assets or selling MAS rights to the land leases (like Md Nor and Danny) did during their first tour of duty in MAS), then it is NO BRAINER or BINA yang tak payah PIKIR punya. It is very embarassing to enroll into IVY League universities and they know not true and genuine building, growing and expanding businesses and assets. Very disgraceful! Their universities must strip them from the degrees the universities accorded them.
By manipulating the FY2011 result to show huge losses and yet to be officially audited, these elites actually dig their own graves. AJ and Danny the cry baby flew to UK, Australia and several other places to BEG for loans or syndicated loans from many financial and banking institutions but they failed. Bank Negara of Malaysia also rejected their inconvincing business plan. They came back to MAS with their tails between their legs like a wounded dogs.
So, YB, please ask their supporters in MOT and MOF how will the present BOD(oh) and Top(less) management PLAN to source the funding without stripping MAS assets or breaking MAS business and operations? What are their solid business plans besides uplifting loss making AAX cancelled passengers at 30% below MAS actual average sector yield?

MAS financial report for year 2011 although unaudited is an official release by MAS BOD(oh) and Top(less) Management. They shoot themselves in the foot and in the face and in the butt. Despite that MAS more than a billion ringgit in Cash and another meager billion (after not so Bina tak Fikir made not so WAU moves), which financial institutions would believe and back their funding injection?
How about CIMB? already it flushed a RM50billion on untrustworthy AA and AAX, would it want to consider MAS? Really? Can do lah? Malaysia BOLEH!

If the MAS BOD, Khazanah and/or the govt had integrity, the DCEO would have gone by now. To the contrary, they have begun to trivialize & localize the issue to one of confidentiality vis-a-vis the VR.
As listed by Kapak Halus, the core issues are still out there & are being forced through, visibly and invisibly. We need to re-affirm that the constituents and objectives of the CCF are against national interest, in “crystal clear” terms.
And if, these issues are not addressed now, the parties acting-in concert to the CCF, must be held accountable & are therefore liable to public rebuke, if it results in the collapse of our national carrier.

Were you able to post questions shared here and get satisfactory respond during today’s parliament sitting? They would say one thing to the crony media but act strangely and secretly in MAS. MAS management has a MC meeting today and they discussed on how to spin the negative and damaging issues circulating in the social media. They may also discuss about Danny the cry baby. Danny who re joined MAS as s ED after several spells and curses in other GLCs including Maybank promoted himself to Deputy Group CEO of MAS and the MD of short haul. What a disgrace! I will definitely do my level best to bring up in Parliament about what you have stated, the injustices done to MAS under the said share swap and, most of all, CCF, the abused of powers by MAS and other matters related to CCF including the secret appointmetn of PlaneConsult. The appointment of PlaneConsult was a clear case of CONFLICT OF INTEREST that must be stopped immediately otherewise CCF will be a one sided “Collaboration” by MAS for the benefits of AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd.
MAS staff and all its Unions must also play their parts to stop the injustices and decisions made under the said share swap and CCF that are detriimentalto MAS. Not forgeting teh abused of pwoers oif Rashdan in the case of upgrading his maid to First Class that was contrary to the existing policy/rule. One rule of rthe powerful and another rule for the normal graded staff of MAS.

Please relate to the Parliament and the MOT particularly that Md Nor and Rashdan generated funds using WAU initiative and Idris Jala and Tengku Azmil generated funds from selling huge parcels of MAS properties worldwide. Now that the Trio Md Nor, AJ and Danny the cry baby (with pool of AA appointees at MAS top management posts) came on board with the support of WTF AA and AAX and Khazanah Nasional under the pretext of CCF (they are fond of 3 letter word like WAU and CCF), what are their strategies to boost MAS cash position? Particularly the impending delivery of new aircraft?
If it is again by spinning off MAS divisions and subsidiaries or selling MAS remaining assets or selling MAS rights to the land leases (like Md Nor and Danny) did during their first tour of duty in MAS), then it is NO BRAINER or BINA yang tak payah PIKIR punya. It is very embarassing to enroll into IVY League universities and they know not true and genuine building, growing and expanding businesses and assets. Very disgraceful! Their universities must strip them from the degrees the universities accorded them.
By manipulating the FY2011 result to show huge losses and yet to be officially audited, these elites actually dig their own graves. AJ and Danny the cry baby flew to UK, Australia and several other places to BEG for loans or syndicated loans from many financial and banking institutions but they failed. Bank Negara of Malaysia also rejected their inconvincing business plan. They came back to MAS with their tails between their legs like a wounded dogs.
So, YB, please ask their supporters in MOT and MOF how will the present BOD(oh) and Top(less) management PLAN to source the funding without stripping MAS assets or breaking MAS business and operations? MAS financial report for year 2011 although unaudited is an official release by MAS BOD(oh) and Top(less) Management. They shoot themselves in the foot and in the face and in the butt. Despite that MAS more than a billion ringgit in Cash and another meager billion (after not so Bina tak Fikir made not so WAU moves), which financial institutions would believe and back their funding injection?
