– Dato’ Seri Wan Azizah found a live bullet along the court corridor. –
At 10.00 am this morning Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim was charged in the KL Session Court No.1 at Jalan Duta. The judge is Puan S M Komathy Suppiah.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge of allegedly having carnal intercourse against the order of nature.
The DPP did not oppose bail for Dato’ Seri but the judge granted bail on personal bond of RM20,000.
Mention date has been fixed for 10 September 2008 when it will be decided when hearing will begin.
The charge carries a punishment of up to 20 years’ imprisonment if found guilty. Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim was charged with having committed sodomy on Saiful Bukhari under section 337B of the Penal Code on July 26 between 3.01pm and 4.30pm at Unit 11-5-1 Desa Damansara Condo in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

whatever 2 consenting adults do behind closed door is their business, unless they are muslim and unmarried. if it is a marital issue then it is up to the citizens to sort themselves out within a proper set of family laws
