En Mohd Yusof Alwi initially denied that he was wrong in not calling the complainant and I to the meeting on 22 October 2008 before he lifted the Stop Work Order. He also denied that he is a little napoleon. After he was cornered in the meeting, he finally admitted he is “not a little napoleon but an old napoleon.” He also admitted that he was wrong in not calling the complainant and I to the said meeting.

Datuk Bandar calls for special meeting to discuss actions of Mohd Yusof Alwi
In the light of my letter of complaint against En Mohd Yusof Alwi, the Pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan, to Datuk Bandar KL, Datuk Bandar KL has instructed Yg Bhg Datuk Salleh Yusuf to chair a special meeting today (31 October 2008) on the *28th Floor DBKL*, Jalan Raja Laut, at 3 pm to discuss and resolve several issues raised in my letters of complaint against the said En Mohd Yusof Alwi with regards to the Stop Work Order dated 19 October 2008 issued against Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd and the subsequent lifting of the said Stop Work Order on 23 October 2008, where the complainants were specifically not informed of that secret meeting on 22 October 2008 between the said En Mohd Yusof Bin Alwi, the developer, its architect, contractor and the so-called resident association representative. YB Datuk Saravan, the Deputy Minister for Wilayah Persekutuan will also be attending this meeting on behalf of the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan.

Mohd Yusof Bin Alwi: the little napoleon behind lifting of Stop Work Order against Platinum Victory!
On Saturday, 19 October 2008, Platinum Victory was slapped with a Stop Work Order by DBKL for continuously violating the construction work time as stipulated in the Development Order. (Details here.)
Four days later on Thursday, 23 October 2008, En Mohd Yusof Bin Alwi, Pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan of DBKL, single-handedly lifted the Stop Work Order under questionable circumstances and without the prior knowledge of other high ranking officers including Datuk Salleh Yusuf (Ketua Pengarah of DBKL) and Datuk Bandar.
