Kemudian Mirza keluar Surat Perlantrikkan kpd Geeko Sdn Bhd – 6 hari selepas dia menandatangani Perjanjian. Process dijalankan dengan lancar tetapi Geeko belum didaftar di MOF – Bukan kah ini telah salah dari segi peraturan yg sedia ada. Tak kan la Mirza dan Datuk Kong Kali Kong tak tau. Movie ni baru nak start.

If they don’t follow strictly the rules of the government, these officers involved could be surcharged under the General Order for the losses sustained by TM. Those involved be ready to face this. I can not believe that Datuk Rashidi (KSU of Min of Tourism) was involved in this nonsense. The deal stink! Auditor General must be looking at this.

i thought that the little napoleons had hidden all the documents on the Geeko’s stinking deal in the RED FILE like what Irwan Serigar did for the 1MDB documents. Now all documents are not in OPEN FILE but in public file. Now they may be in the files of MACC and Auditor General too. I agree that if the little napoleons did not follow the procedures or rules of MOF, under the General Orders the government can surcharge all of those involved in the deal. After that they have to muntah out everything. They are so daring to do things in such daylight.
Planning, evaluating and signing of RM99.6 million contract all done on 4 April.!! You little napoleons are first class Penyamun. I hope MACC will move in as soon as possible. We cannot have anai-anai in TM.
Siew Ka Wei, Mirza & Rashidi must explain why this transaction with Geeko was concluded in 1 day!!!! This deal is a jamban deal. They are treating TM as their own company. WHy can’t TM deals direct with Tencent Holdings? Is this Geeko the special vehicle to those little napoleons involved? They were not afraid to breach the Rules of MOF. This is a clear case for MACC & Auditor General to investigate.
To go direct to Tencent Holdings is no fun la. So they needed Geeko. That’s why Geeko’s deal was approved so very very very fast in one bloody day. The TM officers involved must be made to be responsible. For now the TS Ali Hamsa (KSN) and YB Lim Guan Eng MOF must take disciplinary actions against those officers involved in this stinking deal for flagrant breach of MOF’s Procurement Regulations because Geeko was not registered with MOF. This is a serious offence. They should be sacked. If TM were lose money at the end of the day, those officers be surcharged to pay for the damage suffered by TM. This matter cannot be left to the KSU of the Min of Tourism because he was involved in chairing the Lembaga Perolehan A meeting that started the ball rolling fast. For TM side, Datuk Mirza, Datuk Khani and the other little napoleons were also involved. The best way is for KSN to call the Auditor General and MACC to look into this serious matter where RM99.693 millions of rakyat money is involved.

It makes my toes laugh if Nazri Aziz did not know about this deal. someone told me TM Board of directors were also aware of this matter. Two of them are buddies of nazri & Siew Ka Wei – Datuk Fiazal (Perak Umno leader) Daljit Singh (MIC). MACC should also check on the Vesaki Festival accounts that cost TM closed to RM1 mil every year.

From now onwards JPA must monitor all Tourism Malaysia’s officer transfers. The hot station are in Tokyo and Osaka. As for Director General special officer, will definitely got the chance for overseas posting even they don’t know how to do their job. Usually being number 2 in station (Deputy) majority they will only stay in office for administration work but some station the Director will bring the Deputy along together with the local staff for sales visit which wasting government moneys for flight ticket, hotel accommodation, transportation etc. It would be better the Director went alone with the local staff of which saving government expenditure.

Would be interested to dig more on why is En Vogue part of Geeko, and how Geeko is relevant to TenCent. By the way, Tencent Market Capitalization is an ass-hair short of 500,000,000,000 US$. Would they really have to deal with a RM 2 registered capital company?
