I regret to note that public concerns over the real threats to environmental and public health had been viewed by Mr Wong Hon Wai, the political secretary to the Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Lim Guan Eng, as an attempt to damage

  1. There must be full disclosure in the application for licences to our DOE and other authorities. Lim Guan Eng and JinkoSolar must tell Malaysians whether there was a full disclosure that JinkoSolar had caused pollutions in China and its plant was closed down by the Chinese government.
