  1. They must be making a lot of money if water meters were also adjusted and at the same time can owe Syabas. Con job!

  2. Tan Kee Seng is just a shareholder and director in name only. Koay Teow Lim was the man running the Danau Kota flats with David Lim. They are all Yew Teong Look’s man. The police need to check on all the payments received from the owners and the payment out. I am sure that David Lim will not be able to explain many of the payments. The owners should also report to MACC to check on David Lim’s assets. I heard that he is very rich now. He has a house in Bangsar.

    Water meters sure to have problems. Syabas should also check on the meter. THey must be making huge profits from the water supply too. Just take the average water bill per unit is RM25 per month, the total collection should be RM47,875.00 per month. How could it owes Syabas RM190,00.00 now. T=David Lim is taking the owners of Danau Kota Flats for a ride.

  3. There are many empty units that have been rented out and the rentals are collected by one or two heads of JMBs. YB should check. Some of the owners knew about this. Danau Kota Flats is the place for Yew Teong Look “budak suruhan” to cari makan. David Lim is one of them. Please check on all the other PV apartment, the management may be also operated by David Lim and other cronies. It is slowly exploding now and the winnable candidate must be feeing the heart now. Someone should look a report with the ROS about the unregistered societies.

  5. These bullies must be put behind bars. Only the police and other authorities can teach these bastards a lessons. They have been treating the owners like animals. They think that they are the boss. They didn’t know that the owners are feeding them with their monthly maintenance charges of RM45 and sinking fund of RM4. I have been told that the sinking fund is zero balance.

  6. A taxi driver is a director and shareholder and at the same time working as a clerk. What does that mean? Just a nominee for someone else right! Who is the puppet master here? David Lim or Yew Teong Look? If Yew is the winnable candidate, we will vote against him. He has been playing publicity game but actually did nothing. The pasar sore issue in Prima Setapak was a clear example. I was told that Prima Setapak residents told him about it but he did nothing because his boys were involved. We don’t such character here.

  7. Sekarang kita boleh lihat bagaimana David Lim, Tan Kee Seng dan lain-lain boleh menutup perkara ini. Police perlu juga mengambil statement dari pak dalang juga jika nak meneliti masalah kewangan di Flat Danau Kota.saya berharap pihak mengambil tindakan terhadap puak-puak ini.

  8. It looks like David Lim and his men are in trouble now. It is about time that they had to face the authorities for they have been bullying the residents for too long. The resident should also report against the MCA winnable candidate as David Lim and other moving around with this MCA guy. David Lim must account for all the monies collected and the debts.

  10. Where are the maintenance fees and sinking fund paid by the owners? The owners have been told that there is zero balance in the sinking fund. David Lim has no right to touch the sinking fund. Sinking fund belongs to the owners and not Danau Kota Management. David Lim can not pretend that all is well. David Lim should stop using the so-called some of the JMB members to defend him. We know that some of these JMB “leaders” have been given special benefits to do all the dirty jobs to defend David Lim and the management. No one in the right mind could defend the owing of debts totally RM674k to TNB and Syabas! If an owner or JMB member agree then something is fishy is going on.
